Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

Welcome to Hoofbeats. Hoofbeats is owned and operated by Sacred Matters, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy explain the rules governing your use of Hoofbeats, including our website, newsletters, emails, subscriptions, courses, products, community features, and other services, as well as how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

By accessing or using Hoofbeats, subscribing to our emails, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy practices described below.

Questions, privacy requests, copyright concerns, or legal notices may be sent to [email protected].

1. About Hoofbeats

Hoofbeats is a Christian publication focused on studying biblical prophecy and thoughtfully monitoring world events that may relate to subjects discussed in Scripture.

Our content is provided for religious, educational, informational, and commentary purposes.

An Important Note About Biblical Interpretation

Biblical prophecy involves interpretation.

Hoofbeats presents our study, analysis, observations, and understanding of Scripture. We do not claim that our interpretations are infallible, nor do we claim that they represent the only legitimate Christian interpretation of prophetic passages.

Sincere, Bible-believing Christians can and do reach different conclusions about the timing, sequence, meaning, and fulfillment of prophetic events.

Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not.

We encourage readers to examine Scripture for themselves, consider the evidence, and reach their own conclusions.

Prophecy and Current Events

Hoofbeats frequently discusses current events alongside biblical prophecy.

The fact that we discuss a news event, political development, war, treaty, technology, natural event, archaeological discovery, religious development, or other occurrence in connection with Scripture does not necessarily mean we are claiming that the event fulfills biblical prophecy.

There is an important difference between saying:

“This may be worth watching in light of Scripture.”

and:

“This prophecy is being fulfilled right now.”

Hoofbeats intends to maintain that distinction.

Dates, timelines, charts, maps, sequences of events, and other prophecy-related materials are provided as study tools and interpretations. They are not guarantees or predictions of exactly when or how future events will occur.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing published by Hoofbeats constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

Information provided through Hoofbeats should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy and Editorial Updates
